Key Responsibilities:
*HR Administration: Assist in maintaining employee records (physical and digital) and ensure all HR-related documents are organized and up to date.
*Recruitment Support: Help in posting job openings on various platforms, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates.
*Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process of new employees, including preparing documents, arranging orientation sessions, and introducing them to company policies.
*Employee Records Management: Update and maintain employee files, attendance, and leave records.
*Payroll Assistance: Support the payroll department with data entry and documentation for payroll processing.
*HR Reporting: Assist in generating basic HR reports (attendance, leave balances, etc.).
*Employee Engagement: Help organize employee engagement initiatives like team-building activities, events, and other workplace programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
*Strong Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills.
*Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work efficiently.
*Attention to Detail: Precision in documentation and managing HR processes.
*Basic Computer Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
